Membership to VCRCA is open to all staff from community-based programs serving troubled youth and their families, and Department of Juvenile Justice-funded residential and outreach programs including group homes, family-oriented group homes, outreach detention and intensive supervision programs, day treatment programs, wilderness challenge programs and Department of Juvenile Justice administrative employees.  Membership fees are available for individual and multi-program systems.
